First Step Clinic

Our clinic provides a clean environment with an extensive range of therapies for the following problems; foot, ankles, knees, lower limbs, hips, backs, elbows, shoulders and necks.

First Step Clinic has a purpose inhouse gait lab (work shop) which gives the opportunity to produce handmade, made to measure arch supports, insoles/orthotics designed to fit the feet precisely. We have found this service to be very popular with patients, especially those in need of a support. This would include patients that suffer from conditions such as flat feet, fallen arches, running injuries or simply just wanting to add support in a favourite shoe.

What are our Hours of Service?

First Step Clinic understands life can be busy as well as hectic, with this in mind our aim is to offer not only caring sympathetic treatments but at a time that suites you. We are open for services Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm, and from 8:00am to 12:30pm on Saturdays. We are closed most major holidays however emergencies are catered for.

What services do you provide?

We provide Osteopathy, Orthotics, Podiatry,Chiropody, Bio Mechanics, Diabetic Assaments, Ultra Sound and Sports Therapy services. See the treatment pages for the fuller list. We also have an independent physical therapist and dermatologist on site.

Do I need an appointment?

First Step Clinic suggests that you make an appointment to be seen to find out how we can help you to move and fell better. A primary visit where we can get to know you better then address ongoing issues and make suggestions to keep you healthy. However, if an urgent issue does come First Step Clinic offer a quick response session Monday-Saturday. Calling in advance provides a shorter wait time.
